Fun Day

Today we didn't quite follow the schedule, but still got everything accomplished *smiles*. We reviewed our memory verses, did our learning to read (my daughter read "sam is mad at me" - then, at my request, found the words "at" and "me" all by herself! - another proud mama moment), math, listened to classical music, read some poetry, did some cleaning, piano and singing. We also did our art:

I think she did a pretty good job of drawing it, may be a bit of a bias, but I think she did fantastic!


For science we watched a birth video, my daughter was pretty excited about it and wanted to keep watching it. It was a water birth, so now my daughter wants to make sure she has her goggles so she can go under water and catch her baby *grin*. She's been really excited about us doing a homebirth, but after seeing the video, she's even more excited if possible!

Tomorrow we're going to try to stay a bit more on schedule (which would actually work better if we got out of bed on time, she just likes to cuddle in the morning *grin*). Good memories though, are all that matter!
